Naijabiller Terms and Conditions

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Verification: You authorize Naijabiller to verify your identity via third-party databases (including BVN) to comply with AML laws.

2. Use of Services

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal financial transactions.

  • Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.

  • Limits: We may impose transaction limits based on your verification level.

3. Payment & Fees

  • Service Fees: Fees for features will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

  • No Reversals: Once a transaction (airtime, bills, etc.) is confirmed, it is final and non-reversible.

4. Security

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for your login credentials and PIN.

  • Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at support@Naijabiller.com if you suspect a compromise. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Naijabiller services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

  • Technical system failures or scheduled maintenance.

  • User errors (e.g., sending money to the wrong phone number).

  • Actions of third-party providers (utility companies, telcos).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we detect fraud, or if required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in Nigerian courts.
